If you own a large section and want to subdivide or add a minor dwelling, you may find that your current house location is stopping you from doing so. Houses on the Move can shift your house to a different part of the section, providing you the room that you need to add that new dwelling to your property.
We can also reposition your existing house to make the most of the sun, by lifting and changing the orientation of the dwelling on site (provided there is sufficient room on site), and then lowering back onto new foundations. At this point you may also wish to consider raising the house to allow for a basement/garage.
